Rules & Regulations

A calm hive is a happy hive.

  1. Respect all residents, staff, and neighbours at all times.
  2. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM every day.
  3. No smoking, illegal substances, or weapons on the premises.
  4. Visitors must sign in at reception and leave by 9:00 PM.
  5. Keep shared spaces (kitchen, lounge, bathrooms) clean.
  6. Report damages within 24 hours — honesty first.
  7. Rent and service fees are due at the start of every semester.
  8. No pets, except with prior written approval.
  9. No cooking inside bedrooms — use the shared kitchen.
  10. Follow all fire, electrical and safety guidelines.
  11. Room changes require admin approval.
  12. National ID and Student ID must be up to date at all times.
